Not recommended for family trip.
I have traveled along with my family worst experience with driver and pathetic hotels.
Based on hotel reviews they will book hotel on rating 3, it’s not an 3-star hotel.
On time money they haven’t paid to driver, agents, vehicle owners.
Unnecessary will get a call from them to pay the amount or else they will stop on roads at mid night in ghat road..we have experienced the worst.
They demanded us 5k amount to pay but we are not ready to pay the amount. Driver and vehicle owner requested to give cash for check post again they said they will give us back the amount from the agency but there is no connection with travel triangle they looted us 2000/-
Situation at check-post to get clearoff we given amount 2000/- or else driver doesn’t want to start the vehicle at ghat road..forest area!
Till last day of my trip, they said they will return but they won’t paid back us..instead started asking us 10k.
For us they booked below average hotels ..we couldn’t stay ..we opted other hotel ..we ourself paid the amount apart from the package.
TT is a team they will pay advance in general for any hotel that would be 20% ..we requested to change the hotel after seeing the rooms were dirty torn bedsheets, door broken, drainage leakage foul smell at cellar rooms are located.
We haven’t checkin room but they paid 3 days hotel full amount they said they won’t return, they couldn’t do any favour, any alternative.
It’s better to go self instead of Traveltriangle.
Driver name Naveen, he is useless he said he will return amount once he gets paid but till last day he hasn’t and he is like you people need to pay 10k due amount otherwise I will stop the vehicle in mid of road to the airport. Vehicle owner called and said his name was also Naveen you need to clear off the amount or esle vehicle will stop. If not agency like that otherwise vehicle will stop. it’s like threat for us.
We rang up agency asked them to clear off the amount to vehicle owner driver , they took the time and paid but driver then also like it’s still due.
We are in situation to runoff to the airport.
Driver was unresponsive, worst, he doesn’t have basic courtesy toward travellers.
He won’t say anything about places where he is taking us ..We need to Google ourselves.
Money minded, he won’t care as per schedule plans by TripAdvisor, whatever in schedule he won’t take us as per schedule it’s like his wish..we missed some places, he always like you need to pay extra for night ride batta, all but thing is we haven’t ridden at nights ..because of his drastic roots we don’t have hope on him so we missed some places.
It’s a horrible journey with the driver.
He knew English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada language but he won’t spoke however I have managed in Kannada.
I said I will complaint against you ..you do whatever you want...and suggested better look out our reviews and book trip.
Waste of money..!!
