I had purchased bus ticket for my yesterday’s travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. I had made the booking on phone. I had asked for lower berth seat for my Mom. The Travelyaari representative named Ankur allotted me Seat No. B which he claimed to be a lower birth seat.
At the time of travelling, we came to know that Seat No. B was a upper berth seat. My Mom had a very difficult time during travelling. These cheaters can say anything to earn their commission....very bad!!!!
