It is a cheat company. They do not follow terms and conditions they themselves print!. When we tried to cancel our tickets 24 hours before journey, they did not let us do so.
When our tickets mentioned departure as 730, they tried to fool us saying, departure time would be from the time the bus starts from its own origin. And using this, they fleeced us off. Please do not trust them. Rude customer service also!
