I was booking e ticket from Delhi to Nainital. When I paid, money got deducted from my account, but due to slow website I did not receive the ticket.
I called the customer care number, they told me to book ticket once again and pay for that. They will refund my previous money within 2 days. I read reviews and decided not to book ticket from them. I sent them a mail for refund of my money. They refunded me the same within 1 day.
