I booked a ticket via Travelyaari.com, from Bangalore to Palakkad on 25th September 2012. PNR Number 1676619-88406 Ticket Number 3331213254587. they gave me confirmed Seat no. 22 . When I boarded the bus, to my surprise the conductor said, this seat is already booked by some one else. I told him I have ticket, I paid the money.
But all in vain, they said you have no booking in this bus, contact your travel agent via which you booked ticket. To my surprise on the crucial moment when I called travelyarri help desk, they didn’t even pick the phone. Finally, I was offered a seat on the gear box of the bus to travel. Please don’t trust this site, they do fake booking, just to take the money.
