Well I found travelyaari better then any other available websites in India. I found many of our reviewer have given bad feedback regarding bus service but if I know travelyaari is just a medium to book bus ticket online.
Some of the Bus Operators in India are not organised and uneducated so if we are facing problem like bus cancellation or change of boarding point at the last moment are totally out of control for any of them.
So we should appreciate the service they are offering to us.
