This is to inform you all that please be careful with Travelyaari.com bus booking website. They are completely a fraud company and right from their CEO upto the customer care employees are equally involved in this fraud.
I was trying to book a bus ticket from Nasik to Pune on 5th Feb 2013, but every time their payment portal was going down. All of a sudden I got a call from their customer care- Mr. Alphonso D’souza and he said that he will send a special link for the payment. He assured that he is only at the customer care and he will keep the track of the payment to issue the ticket.
Also he assured that the link is highly secured and need not to worry. Since it was very critical to book the ticket, we believed him and made the payment. Immediately after 15 days we found some surprise online transaction done in Spain of Rs. 40000, Rs. 12077 and Rs. 10408. We tried to block the credit card but unfortunately the transaction of Rs. 10408 went through by this fraud person. When I raised the complaint to Travelyaari.com I got a call from their partner Mr. Arjun Rao assuring me that he will trigger the investigation and will keep me posted regularly. But now almost 3+ weeks are passed but neither he picks up the phone nor he replies the SMS.
Also, I wrote mail to their CEO Mr. Aurvind Lama : aurvind.lama@travelyaari.com about the concern. After 10 days he replied that he will revert within 1 day time. But now 2 weeks have passed, there is no response. Its for 100% sure that this company doesn’t have any data security and also their employees steal our credit card data and looks like sell to fraud people.
Since travelyaari.com is completely online service portal, I would like to warn everyone that please be careful while buying tickets through this site and neither believe their customer care. Also, their top management is very much unsupportive and careless. We should ban such company and should not encourage to do any business transaction with them.
