The reviews are correct. this is one of the worst service ever launched. During booking tickets happily take money. but when it comes to service and cancellation, they dont do, or they say, u talk to this bus operator or that operator, we cant do anything. We are just agent and all, and wash off their hands. No response to emails for cancellation.
I think after completing IIM’s the owners want to only cheat people and harass and recover the moeny they lost . I really think they did very bad in IIM’s so they didnt get any job. So got this to cheat people.
