I booked 5 ticket from Jammu to Delhi for 07 Jan 2012 from TravelYari.com. Bus fare as published on website was 950 per passenger. Feature of bus published on website was recliner, AC and individual seat lamp. But when I reached bus stand at Jammu I was shocked that same ticket was available in just 600. Anyways when bus arrived we got another shock.
Seats were in pathetic condition and Travelpoint people were treating us like we are traveling for free. Our seat number was 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16. But one person was already having ticket of seat number 13. I also attached ticket of that person having fare of 600 mentioned on ticket.
Travelpoint people adjusted us on different seat after argument. Seats were broken and there was no pushback facility available. It was a punishment for us to be seated for next 12 hrs on that seat, when I asked travelpoint people that seats are not comfortable and not relining they simple replied "AISA HI HAI JANA HAI TO JAIYE".
Now the second interesting thing, after crossing Lakhanpur border bus stopped at Dhaba named Lucky Dhaba. We ordered simple Rajma Rice. But when we got the bill we were shocked to see that on Rajma Rice was of 140 Rs.
In Delhi or anywhere in India I don’t think so one can find Rajma Rice in this high price. When we ask from dhaba person why the rates are too high then he told that there is commission of driver and staff.
Anyways I will never advise anyone to book ticket from Travelyari and travel with Travelpoint. Both are big cheater.
