Worst customer service

I had the worst experience with these guys. I got to know about the site in May and started using it for my weekend travels, but one week I happen to cancel the tickets, reason being that the bus seat was completely wet.


I called travelyaari, and made the agent talk to the operator, and I was promised 100 percent refund. Also due to this I had to cancel my return tickets. But after few weeks I realized that I didn’t receive any refunds. I called travelyaari customtakeouter care and asked them about the status, he(guys called Sachin) said he will get back to me. But he didn’t I called them again few time, one of the guys asked me to drop a mail to info@travelyaari.com, I did that too, but didn’t get any response from them. I replied 6-7 on the thread, but to no avail.


Finally I threatened them that I’ll take this to consumer forum, then a guy from their accounts team contacted me, and said he is raising this with their payment gateway. The payment gateway (Instapay) replied back with some junk transaction id, I checked with my relationship manager at my bank, she said that she cannot track any refund with that transaction id, and asked me to share her mailid with the gateway and ask them to contact them. I did that, but after that I didn’t get to hear anything from the gateway.


I am so pissed off from this experience, that I have made my mind to take this to comsumer forum now.


But I recommend better make travel plans with redbus, their support is excellent. I happen to cancel tickets few times, they not just process the refunds on time, but also intimate you by sms that the refund has been credited to your account.
