Im also facing the same issue as you guys have faced, after booking ticket got canceled from thr side, I also got scared after notice all the review comments and youtube videos, thn I used to call customer service more than 5 to 8 times a day, and also sent mail to xxxxxxx@travolook.com (Relational manger) I got my refund in next 3 days after bookin got canceled, they had initiated 85% of amount refund, and they said remaining amount will be credited after 4 to 7 working days, but after 7 days I havent received that remaining amount , thn again I called there customer service and sent mail to xxxxxxx@travolook.com and they refund that remaining amount within 2days,
What I understand, they will refund your amount but the thing is there management system is worst.
