I have been to Treat, Indira nagar a few times and ordered food twice . This is to justify that I am not writing a negative feedback in impulse or just inspired by one bad experience . I have seen some consistent problems which are:
(Before listing out the problems I must say, food is good here and you can expect
some very good dishes.)
Very very rude staff: The staff, including the manager is very rude and highly unprofessional .They never give a damn about the customer . The case can be worse if you order for home delivery . After interacting with the gentleman who takes home delivery orders, you will find that your worst boss was a bit polite than him, and he was paying you .
Very small place with no ambiance: Nothing special to comment on . Few tables with ordinary decoration, no ambiance at all. Delay in food is expected.
3.Very bad home delivery services: Here comes the special part "The home delivery" . Worst . worst .After surviving a insulting home delivery order chat to the rudest attendant ever, you try to make up ur mood and after waiting for 45mins to 1hr you realize that its bit late.
DO NOT DARE to call the home delivery attendant again to track your order, coz this gentleman may be in a bad mood and can blast you saying "Its not 1 hr according to my watch", "you gave order 15 mins back" . This sounds like "Bloody, if you want privilege of having food from TREAT, you have to get over my dead body "
You think you can give a threat of canceling the order . forget it. They have enough stray dogs to finish the food .
If you have given order through some broker portal(Like hungryzone or others), then its done. The broker services always pass order within last 10 mins and you have to wait for another 30 mins(which goes for 1 hr.)
This place is nearby to me, but I cant help myself not going there due to these experiences .
