The person picking up the customer support call are thr least trained people I have ever encountered.
Their hotels are dirty and they refuse to issue a refund for a hotel I have not even checked into on baseless terms and refuse to give any logical explanation apart from "I’m sorry"
Horrible customer support and very bad hotels.
Never stay in any treebo hotel if you expect to recieve any decent service
