It has been the life worst mistake going with thrillophilia. Including the flights and thrillophilia package we had spent more than one lakh. Thrillophilia just take the money and after that they forget the customers. we were left in the middle of a village trying for the network.
The tour was bad. when your itineory says after 1st day the tour package will be providing us the meals. then on the 2nd day and 6th days we were charged for the food. there were 6 people in the group and the group leader was unexperianced, amateaure and unplanned. I heard him saying main toh meri taraf se time pass karwa raha tha. aaj socha tha idhar naale ki taraf le jaaaunga, kal hot spring dikha dunga aur inke din khatam. have we paid so much money for the time pass at some stupid naala and village. he changed the itinery almost everyday. he just put us at one place and said road is blocked further.
I have the video recordings of atleast 5 villagers saying road is absolutely fine and they have just returned from the particular place. it was the worst experiance of our life. when chadar track got cancellled we asked atleast 5 times what is the procedure for refund, for which we were told ground leaders will decide and the ground leaders said you need to ta;lk to that person whome you have paid. we are in big losses due to thrilllophilia. Huzefa said give me some time I am talking to my bosses. after that I kept on callling him but he never responded. we were in absolute mess whome should we talk.
WHEN I HAD A TALK WITH RAKESH in LEH and some TTH guy they advised me to complete the trek and they will help me to refund the money back. Me and my wife were in the middle of some unknown village with no other option left with us.
from the 1st day onwards we were not getting any answer about how to get our money back. I had put many mails to thrillophilia regarding that but after they got the money, they did not respond to the calls. Sometimes when the call was attended we get the answer give me some time I am talking to my boss. but no result and stops attending the calls even.
I will be sending a legal notice to Thrillophilia and TTH regarding this and going to consumers court as well, for my loss of time and money with Thrillophilia
Please avoid thrillophilia which already have a bad name among other trekking groups, what we had heard from other trekkers were absolutely right that thrillophilia guys are thugs. we had lost our valuable days and money. with absolutely unplanned itineory, and amature group leaders. I will not give even 1 star to thrillophilia and trekthe himalayas.
