I ordered 2 shirts. They took 25 days in delivery, and when the product was delivered to me, there was only 1 shirt that was also wrong (which I had not ordered). I returned the product, they credited vouchers in my trendin account.
In order to utilize my money, I again took the pain to order shirts to utilize my money. This I made 4-5 calls to the customer care (they r so pathetic, do not pick up the phone). They delivered the product but, quality and stitching was poorly done. In fact rejected shirts were delivered to me.
They have only rejected products, they are selling rejected products! Shame on you Birla. I wish whole of your business to be in looses, your business to be doomed…
