A order 218278 was placed by me as part of GOSF online sale on Dec 11th from Trend IN. I received a message from one Fedex Employee on Dec 18th mentioning that he has my courier(#AWB Number:772181922210) that has to be delivered to me.
On 19th I called him back and gave him address details and the landmark and asked him to deliver the courier around 4:00 PM.I again reached out to him on 22nd and 23rd asking for some updates but got confusing response back. Eventually he confirmed me both days that he will be delivering the product by 2:00 PM.
On 24th after getting frustrated, I went and checked the status of my order on FEDEX Website and to my shock it was showing as "RETURNED BACK TO SHIPPER". I reached out to fedex call center and as per them the address was incorrect and the the contact number(#) as well. This was the reason that courier was returned back to the shipper.
Getting this details I called TRENDING and as per them, nothing can be done now as the order has been returned back from their courier partners. When I asked them to re deliver the product, the response I am getting is that the order has been returned to warehouse, it is not their responsibility now.
I really never expected organizations such as "TRENDING" & "FEDEX" will be fooling around with customers and are completely irresponsible.There are no checks being put by company like FEDEX to check if the report submitted by their employees regarding delivery issue are legitimate and that customer is suffering.
Also Trending is the same organization from which I had ordered few products during the sale, now as per them if I need to get the same products, I need to place a new order at normal prize. Why are you guys even participating in such Sales if you cannot even deliver your orders.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services both "TRENDIN" and "FEDEX" are providing.
