Worst Customer Care! Good Luck Getting A Refund!

I am cursing myself why I didnt checked the reviews here before ordering from them.


I ordered 2 t-shirts on 31st and got it delivered by Fedex on 3rd Nov.


Due to size issues, I returned the items via Fedex pickup arranged by Trendin.com.  As per tracking details, they received it on 11th Nov. and since than after following up with them on phone multiple times I still haven’t received the refund.


On 19th, they asked me for my alternate bank a/c as they couldn’t send funds to my earlier bank a/c.


After waiting for a week, I called them and I got surprised hearing that they still haven’t received the package and asked me to provide the tracking code, which I did within an hour. I even tried posting on their FB, which they acknowledged and assured for fast remedy.


Last week, they replied that funds been transferred on 29th. Today, 8 days have passed already and I still haven’t got any funds. Calling to customer care only gives me false assurance and lies and is just a waste of time.


There are many people reporting on their fb page that they received used items. Didn’t expected this kind of lackluster response from official Aditya Birla site! Horrible experience!


If you are in same situation as me than Good luck getting a refund from them.


Others, Beware of this site!


Better buy it from other sites or from showroom! They focusing only on marketing and newsletters but no service.
