Pathetic return and exchange policy

I ordered a top and then asked for return due to fitting.Firstly I filled the form online for return, but when called customer care they said it was not reflecting.


Then CC arranged for pickup it was picked up on 11th Nov 2014 via FEDEX and delivered to ware house on 14th Nov 2014, but there was no reply from team I called up customer care on 19th for which they said they had not received the product. after multiple calls and mails they said that amount is refunded on 22, but still the amount is not yet credited in my bank account.


I wonder where they have credited the account.Pathetic customer care service, products might be good, but such incidents would discourage the customer from buying.Does not seems to be a Aditya birla site.Also the social login does not work
