Worst alignment of customer care & logistics

I purchased a dress for my daughter who is 2 yrs old & received the product on 12th July.But the dress didn’t fit. Contacted d CC same day & processed the online refund system & till date called the CC called atleast 20 times but  no one turn up to receive the dress for return.


CC blaming the logistics. Actually it is all my fault as I purchased from this bogus site.Aditya Birla Group needs to redefine their Customer care service & effective alignment with logistics to get success.
