I bought 6 pairs of cloths and used the coupons, paid immediately by online banking.
I realized on the next day that I was charged more and found the problem(10% coupon did not apply)
Sent an email immediately explaining the same to resolve it ASAP.
Waited for 2 days no reply and run the customer care.
Got a girl after 13 min annoying hold voice.
She has no idea what the problem and advised me she will escalate it to the concern department and send me an email on the same day.
Since then no mail.and I called again, luckily I got the same girl(looks like she is the only one customer care support person)
She replied that "she is just waiting to here from the lazy team" before she can send the email.
I have asked to connect my call to her manager for which she put me on hold for 16 min and "disconnected the call"
Still I dont believe how such a Big Brand can do the things like this and what is their "Business Strategy".
