According to the conditioner bottle Healthy Volume is the lightest level of conditioning.My hair has improved the longer I use it. Excellent for short to medium length hair.Mine is just short of shoulder length & a little on the dry side.I work in new construction so my hair takes a beating, especially during the summer.This revitalizes & brings it back to life.
