Had a very bad experience at tresmode. Bought a pair of shoes two months back.15 back I noticed that the leather had started peeling off. Took to the store, they they assured me that that I’ll get a new pair but would have to wait for a couple of days.
That’s when the real issue started. There was absolutely no contact for 10 days.and after I called at least thrice they told me that nothing could be done. My shoe still lying at their shop.anyways it’s useless for me now.beware of buying stuff from tresmode. Absolutely no level of service and very poor quality. Don’t ever buy leather stuff from tresmode.
