In the last week, I have purchased one fancy Tresmod sandal from the Shopperstop outlet at South City Mall, Kolkata. But unfortunately the base of the sandal was detached from the heel only after using 3/4 days. When contacted at the same store, they informed that repairing can be done and it needs sufficient time. After purchasing a product @ Rs. 3695/-, I have to wait indefinite time, I have to visit the store 2/3 times more, I have to compromise in all respect. However, the company will not compenset by the way of immediate replacement or by full refund. Why a product will damage within 3/4 days. What is the role of the quality control team of the company. Top management of the company may please look in to this and adopt a customer friendly policy as well as improve the quality of the products.
