Recently my Santro vehicle met with an accident and the right hand side rear door was completely smashed by a speeding truck on the Tumkur Road. I am new to Bangalore and my office was coming up in Yeswanthpur industrial suburb. Next day I found through Internet that Trident Hyundai, Yeswanthpur, has a door pick up service for vehicle body repair and the moment I called their number, the lady executive positively responded agreeing to send company driver for the vehicle pick up the next day.
Next day the company driver Mr.Manjunath reported on dot at 8.45 a.m and produced his ID and after satisfying us about his credentials, picked up the car after taking a detailed inventory of the damages found on the body of the Car and in our presence. After we were satisfied he picked up the car and within ten minutes the lady executive from Trident Hyundai called us on the phone and confirmed receipt of the vehicle at their workshop and then gave an Advisor’s name to be contacted and his mobile number.
In the next ten minutes, the Car Advisor Mr.Mohan Kumar called me on the mobile and explained me about the extent of damage and the best suggestion for repairing. He also guided me with regard to the insurance claim I may have to make and the formalities connected therewith. I visited their office in the afternoon and I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Mr.Mohan Kumar and his team in Trident HYundai, Yeswanthpur helped me complete all paper work and other related formalities and assisted me in filing a claim with the insurance company.
Since I was in urgent need of the vehicle, a shorter time line as suggested by me, was accepted by the Team and I was promised delivery of the vehicle in 48 hours time.
The vehicle was repaired and delivered on time and the estimate they had given in the beginning was not exceeded and in fact the amount finally paid to the company was less than what was roughly estimated at the first count.
