I went there twice to get my Santro serviced. Both the times had a terrible experiece.
They will ask you to replace any parts within 5 mins. Means, they might be faking of replacing the part or will replace the part even if its not necessary.
Just day before yesterday I got my car serviced and they told me over the phone that a part is leaking and needs to be replaced. I asked few questiona and said yes. In less than 5 mins I get a call back from them saying my servicing is done and can collect the car!!.
With this spead, they can get into guinnise book of records.
Also, they did not show me the proof that the part is not covered under warranty. (I took a extended warranty)
Here is the incident trails
Service agent called me from 080-25354196 at 3.08 PM for 1.46 Minutes and said there is a leaking part and needs to be replaced. Service Agent again calls from 080-41526575 at 3.14 PM for 0.34 Minutes (in less than 5 mins) and says the repair is done.
Asked for:
How long it takes to get the invoice, get the part, fix it, go to the counter, call the customer
Proof showing the non coverage of the replace part under warranty
Grievances number is actually a helpline number who did not address my grievances and they did not give any alternate number
Called Mr. Lloyds thrice did not pick up the phone for the first time and disconnected the second time 5. Called up Ms. _____ and mentioned my grievance and gave my vehicle number and Im still expecting a call from her 6. I mentioned it to Mr. Kumar that check if the wheel alignment and balancing is required. They did not call me to inform if it is required or not. 7. Im not sure what is covered under regular check up which they charge Rs 600 plus.
Please do not go to Trident Hyundai Service Stations. Its my opinion.
