My Hyundai i10 has seen too many workshops! I bought it at TAFE Access in Chennai and within 2 months they changed into a TATA-Fiat Showroom. Then I tried DSC Hyundai for first service. Came out unhappy and tried KUN. A better experience, but it was time to relocate to Bangalore.
Luckily for me, Trident Hyundai Service Station was in the next street to my office. Three service later and a major accident insurance claim(costing Rs 50, 000) later I can say I am happy with Trident. The service advisors always have a smile on their faces, listen to you intently, get the job done and on time.
One Mr. Punit was my service advisor(2 of 3 times) and I must commend him on excellent work done. They always leave a smiley card in the car after the service and the last time I was eagerly looking for it! I hate it when they put stickers on the rear glass stating their service station and had asked them not to do so. All three, TAFE, KUN and DSC did that every time, but not Trident. They do their job very professionally and will recommend Trident at Yeshwantpur.
I had an accident(blame the rain gods for that) that required major changes including windshield & bonnet and thank fully no structural damage. Mr. Srinivas of Trident Body Shop was very supportive and kept updating me on the status of my claim etc. He even followed up with the Insurance company(Royal Sundaram - a horrible stinker review will be next) for the claims and waited till 7:30pm for me to collect the car.
Overall, Trident is the best service station(at Yeshwantpur, Bangalore) for Hyundai. Will strongly recommend.
