I have really bad experience with this showroom.
Before buying ensure that there in no fine(Traffic Violation) on the car what you are buying.
I purchased a car on 13th Oct 2019 from this showroom and got the RC transfer in 30 days.
Just after few days of RC transfer, I got a notice from RTO that there is a fine for signal jump which was done by first owner, almost a six month back before I purchased the car. I could have paid this amount but it was asking DL details where it will add negative impact if I pay through my DL.
I started following Nagesh+91 73537 51616(Sales executive of Renault Selection) and raised this concern. He assured me to clear this fine.
Now it is more than 3 months he is just assuring me that he will clear the fine right away. But he has not yet cleared. This is the false commitment from this showroom’s executive. I am keep on following him but now a days there is no response from him.
Very poor customer service and unethical business practice used by sales executive.
