Would never suggest this showroom to anyone. Booked Hyundai Tucson on 16th Nov 2016 and it’s been more than 3 months and I’m still awaiting delivery. I was promised delivery in 15 days. The worst part is the calls go unanswered all the time. Really frustrating experience from last 3 months with Trident Hyundai Sankey road showroom. The sales team has no clue on the production line and boldly bluff & cook up stories. I had a tough time trying to get the contact details of the higher up in the management to escalate the issue.
Anyone out there planning to buy a Hyundai Tucson, please be forewarned about the waiting time. They mislead clients badly. Non responsive to calls and give false assurance.
