Sweet talks, zero professionalism with these guys. I had been promised load of goodies when I bought my Creta on lease. But none of the promised has been fulfilled, even after 2 months of my purchase. When I started following up, they promised to resolve the issue at the earliest, but never happened. Later put onus on Hyundai. Later did not pick the call. The corporate manager clearly says the offer and cash back on accessories are just gimmicks by Hyundai to get the sales figure. Don’t trust these guys and if you buy, get all benefit before you take the actual delivery. Check with the price across agencies and price manipulated and on that they give discount as promised. they have no commitment and even they promised goodies or cash back, that you will never get.
