We visited Trident Hyundai showroom at Sadashivnagar in month of May 2013. Met with lady executive and finance fellow to know more on price, loan and offers. After discussing on Price, we asked for loan and requested to get loan at lower rates. Executive from finance came and said finance will be given for 95 to 100 % on road and 100% on road funding is available.
Also they said max. 95 to 99% sure to get this offer for us. Base on this we paid an initial token / booking amount towards car Rs 5000/- They never inform us that this amount will not be reclaimed, if booking is cancelled.
One week later.... based on your IT and salary we’ll not get you 95 %...we can get u only 85 % of your ex-showroom price. This offer can give anyone showroom and any bank. Till three week it was on discussion document submission was a headache process.
WE SAID.. finally on June 2nd week, kindly cancel the booking and we don’t want to proceed further with this kind of loan and offer. Now, Mr. Manjunath S entered and he gave a great dialogue. Sir, WE ARE VERY TO SAY THIS, that cancelled booking amount cannot be reimbursed. They not even tried to get more loan amount from HDFC bank.
DO NOT GO WITH TRIDENT showrooms, there are a lot of other showroom and willingly to help you on loan and offers.
