After receipt I requested an exchange, they offered to exchange for me, which was awesome. Sent ring back and after waiting 2 month I contacted them to find out what was going on and they claim they never received. I sent them an email telling them when to expect package. Now I have no ring and out$818.00. Package did not come back to me so they odiously received it. Sent to owner’s attention.
