Today, we went for a team lunch at this place.
While the decor etc. is really impressive, the place really sucks in what one looks for when one goes to a "food only" hotel.
Service: Extremely slow. After giving the order for main course for about 12 people, we waited for close to 30 mins. Something as simple as a repeat order of 2 rotis took close to 10 minutes.
Food Quality: Not so great. Menu spread is not great either. In spite of that the food was under-cooked in many cases (almost raw peas and caulifower stubs anyone?), but considering the arrogant attitude of the "boys" (cant call them waiters or captain) we didn’t dare to ask them to redo the same.
Food Portions: Not good. A "Non-Veg Platter" starter, which in other hotels is usually sufficient for 6-7 ppl in our group was barely sufficient for 3 ppl in this hotel.
Beverages: Good menu spread for cocktails, but way too expensive compared to other good hotels like Central park or Green Park. Not much choices for Mocktails.
These guys have got an award or something, must have paid for that for sure :D
