Though I am working in this school since 4 years but today after seeing so many fake reviews, I have decided to write my mind.
I joined this school from a corporate background, with principa’s advice I have done my Bed and diploma in childhood education.
Initially I have joined as teaching assistant in primary then promoted as a main teacher for grade 2.
I am quite happy with my new assignment and never regret quit my hefty pay package because sometime your time is more important than money. I have all time for may family & children.
No one can disagree that TRIO is the most safest place to work in.
They takes care of my child’s education and my professional growth as well. They believe in mutual respect and honesty policy. The management believe in non bureaucratic process and always approachable. If some teachers are not up to the mark then they might as them to leave otherwise we have all old batch of teachers and trust me all are happy.
