How do I describe my experience with Trip factory? We were eight of us with four kids on a 6-day vacation to Hongkong.


I have not had such a worst experience in my life. It was a real nightmare dealing with these people. They turned out to be number one cheaters in this industry.

  1. They charged me a hotel with breakfast and when I arrive in a hotel, it is a different scenario. My breakfast was not included in the package. Moreover, Disney world breakfast is not cheap its$300+10% tax each adult.

  2. They do not have anything synched up with the entire trip. Transport person and person who books tickets do not synchronize. We had to wait in Ocean Park for more than 40 min to enter which in turn delayed our return by 10 minutes. And the transport person just left us without any information. We had the toughest time running around these people without proper transportation.

In addition, none of the people is responding to us, nor the travel expert Chinmay. He is the worst person I have ever handled. So cheap…. They do not lift the calls, they have telegram app that you cannot talk to them only through the message in which you hardly get a response.
