Trip factory arranged trip to Darjeeling and Gangt

Hi all, I and my friend booked a 4N 5D trip with Trip Factory and it was horrible in all the aspects starting from planning an itinerary, horrible coordination, worst drivers, missing all the important sight scenes, worst employees selling packages, worst senior employees and owner who is incapable to resolve a problem, worst hotel they offered in Darjeeling, money minted during the entire trip, threatened us that the cab would not move unless you pay and finally dropped us out of their cabs showed their class and small minds.


They are brandless people and please save your money rather booking at somewhere known or branded website.


They are doing their business like beggars who owe no responsibility about the quality of services provided to the customers and didn’t even bother if the customer might miss their flights.
