I had booked my trip to Andaman via Tripfactory and have paid all amount in advance. Due to bad weather at Andaman, they didn’t followed any itinerary of package and they allowed to make us stay at homestay even though our package had 3+ star hotels. Now when i’m asking for refund of my trip they are saying that 3rd party vendors at Andaman are not providing any refund.
They are completely acting as a fraud company and don’t have there own personnel at the travel destination as they only rely on 3rd party vendors for trip management .
Please avoid booking via this fraud travel booking company.
