Do not deal with Tripplanners anymore.
They dont have the basic knowledge of tour guidelines and regulations. They just understand the language of money. They don’t have any value or vision for a fair business.
I had a booking with them, but suddenly I got chicken pox. As per travels guidelines they can never take any patient who is suffering with a communicable disease, to any travel and public place. So, there will be auto cancellation or rescheduling and, this is the moral responsibility of the Travel co.
But this organization doesn’t have the basic knowledge and value, as when I approached to them with the information that I’m suffering from POX, they just have an answer: If you want to cancel the trip pay 50% or 25% for reschedule.
Don’t know if they understand the meaning of this. As, even if I wanted to go, they should have returned me full money and told me no for the trip.
