Trisha is a chat show in the United Kingdom which has been running for quite a few years now. Its not quite as strong as Jerry Springer, but hey, the guests can still get a bit fiery sometimes! The shows own security guard can sometimes be seen pulling feisty people away from each other! (And very handsome he is too!)
Trisha covers dilemmas from all walks of life from relationships to being over weight, cheats, alcoholism and drug abuse. Having been in the audience of the show some 5 times now, its recorded, then put out on air about 2 weeks later. The Trisha team are a really nice bunch, and Trisha herself is really nice, and a good laugh too.
Trisha herself, has been through some tough times with living with depression, being married and divorced, having 2 children later on in life, and is now happily married.
Trisha is on weekdays at 9:25am for 1 hour. She is on throughout the year, apart from school holidays and public holidays.
Considering there are so many dilemmas covered on this programme, theres bound to be something that is a part of your life, or of someone you know. Its certainly worth watching, and learning from other peoples experiences.
What I like about this show is that, as I mentioned earlier, they cover a wide range of topics and discussions, so they are bound to cover something that relates to you. I myself have related to issues brought up in the show, like weight problems. Whether its you, or you know someone, youll find something on the show what you can relate to.
The Trisha website is also very helpful. On the website you will find useful links to websites to go to if you have problems and issues. This may only relate to people in the UK, but its still very worthwhile taking a look anyway. The website can be found at:

Trisha has now got another show of her own called Trisha Goddard on another channel, and her current show on ITV will be coming to an end. When, Im not sure. Maybe it already has! But, itll be hard getting used to not watching Trisha on ITV - shes been there for so long now!
