Trishul Builders is cheating people BIG TIME. And we the first time buyers fall prey to this builder’s trap. I have been decieved & I don’t want others to fall prey to this. I had booked a flat in Shalini Hill View exactly 1 year back. The builder has not even completed the single slab since last one year.Builder is shifting his office every now and then.He gives a different reason for delay everytime I go to the site.
Shalini Hill View is supposed to a 14 storey building.I should have thought how this builder got the FSI for 14 stories.My hunch says that all these projects are fake and one fine day the builder is going to run away with all our money.He should be handled legally before he runs away with all our money.
