A month ago my father had a brain stroke at the morning and we have to go to the nearest hospital from our home. So we went to this hospital. At first glance, infrastructure of the hospital was good.
It was an emergency case so they started treatment immediately and medical care was also good. But what i dislike about the hospital is they have scared patient’’s relative and demand more money for treatment. What they did with us is that they have scared us and force us to ask 60000rs for an injection in four hours otherwise anything could happened to the patient.
Our two hours of billing was around 20000, and they were also asking for diposite amount to be submitted as well. So i called my doctor friend and explain the scenario. He immediately came to the hospital and after the initial treatment we have decided to switch that hospital.
Medical staff attitude was so professional rather than helpful. Watchman of that hospitals are so misbehaving and arrogant to the relatives.
