I was recommended this mixer grinder by a shopkeeper few months before. I used this product for 15 days and after that due to frustration on this product lead me to dump this on garbage.
After buying this product More than 5 days it worked properly, but after that sequence of issue started to occur.
1.) wire got shot(I got new wire connection on this machine freely from shop owner)
2.) After 2 Days the blade stopped to grind properly and seems that it struck and the the speed of the blade reduced to null point. I complained this for service and support but they replied none of my calls and emails. somehow I got repaired from electrician by paying a sum of money.
3.)Next morning the sound of this grinder increased very high during grinding it was very irritating and non bearable noise.
I got very much disappointed and frustrated from this product by wasting my valuable money and time too.
What does the warranty period mean? If they do not reply and issues. they only know how to attract people via advertisements and their sweet language and promise too. They simply make fool to peoples for their own profit from any where and anyhow.
Overall its a non durable product, not user friendly, very very worst service and support system.
I would not recommend for this product to waste your valuable money and time simply by getting trapped like me. Just go for any other brand. For me It was a worst experience with this product.
