While website and call center service is considerable, major issue is with business model. I have posted my car for almost 5 months and kept the price as per recommended by Trubil, still they couldn’t fine genuine buyer for my car!
I get frequent sms/ alerts from them about potential buyers. After taking their paid services I could see mobile number of the buyers and when I used to call them, 100% of them were either not interested or bought the car. I fail to understand, then why I used to get notifications for them.
On the website, there is no mechanisum to check which bidder/ potential buyer you have already called or who is the latest among the list. During this 5 months, I haven’t got single call from their sales team.
It was complete waste of time and money for me. When I tried to give feedback to their call center about gaps in their process, their response was " This are our defined processes and we can not change it"
If the organization is not ready to take feedback from their paid customers then we all know future of them.
Please stay away. Don’t waste your time & Money!
