I use this app and I personally like the concept of this app but the experience of truecaller with me is just okay.
True caller helps you to tell who is caller of unknown numbers but the main point is that the caller id is not exact every time. Even its work on ratio a of 10: 90 which is disappointing for me.
I uninstall this app because I have to ask the caller name even in presence of this app because truecaller shows so funny name of caller like badri xyz, kalu uche and so differ every time.
Not use full for me yes they work on a good concept but they have to improve their records and data
