I am using truecaller it is good for me but when I know that my friends name is xyz and it shows other name and city .
Then I uninstall this app and never want to install .
You have not informartion about anyone so show not found but fake id name city shown this in not fare.
Now lastly I want say that the app developer fix its problem and then launch it again.
