True caller is a mobile app which is worldwide number lookup service, which means through this app you can find the owner of any mobile number without calling to that number. This app is fake and it provides incorrect information, when I called my dad, truecaller shows other owner names while that owner is my father so I understood this is a fake app and It is spam that you can know owner name or location, it shows the wrong location.
