I have using truelancer about 1 month . on 14 th august 2020 I got a work in truelancer from a client. Its a data entry job I completed the work with all my efforts . its a heavy work because, 20 pdf files is to be converted to word file within 2 days . Its my first work got from truelancer. So I completed the work and submitted to the client .After submission there are no responses from client. I did’nt get my money. So many fake profiles are being generated in truelancer. None of the authorities of the truelancer website didn’t take any action towards them. In every 10 minute 5-10 jobs updating this website. But almost all the works are fake. I contacted the customercare about this issue , they are telling that they will definitely take action. But I didn’t see the action taken by them. I reported the account of this fake profiles but they didn’t deleted from truelancer. I didn’t recommend truelancer to any of the freelancers.
