I placed an order with trumeds on 6 march and after a week I kept getting messages and mails that the medicines will be delivered but they weren’t. I had to call and follow up and they kept saying they are still on the way. after 10 days when I call they very unapologetically let me know that I need to go and collect the meds from someplace. I live in the heart of the city but they were unable to deliver. caused me utter distress since I needed the medication urgently. They didn’t even have the decency to cancel the order till I had 3 harrowing conversations with them. Pathetic service.
