Before going to the detailed review, request the readers not to trust the 5 star rated reviews which are mostly fake. Atleast now mouthshut is showing the fake reviews but I was one of the victim of these fake reviews.
I had chosen Trueway Packers based on the reviews published here to move from CHENNAI to KOCHI(Ernakulam).
PACKING QUALITY: There’s no quality of work in packing. They just wanted to complete the packing ASAP and move out so they started putting bathroom materials with kitchen housholds. Thankgod we noticed while they started doing it and stopped.
TRANSPORTATION I was promised by the executive that they send my goods in a closed truck and assured none of the materials will be damaged. But they brought an open vehicle and started loading when enquired no proper response. They sent so many other commercial goods along with my households. THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE OWN VEHICLE
DELIVERY: After a week the vehicle arrived to Kochi. The shock was, there were no men sent to unload the materials. Then I managed to call my friends and with the help of truck driver I unloaded the households. Once money paid your call will not be attended. BEWARE BEWARE!.
