Extremely disappointing experience with Trueway Packers.
During the move, multiple items were damaged or lost:
Mattress was bitten by a rat and now has a hole
Teak wood Chair damaged
Washing machine broken and damaged.
Important small parts missing.
Table completely ripped off
Car was completely covered in 4 layers of dust and had to get it cleaned from professional car washing place.
On top of this, hidden charges were added later under insurance and service charges - 18% extra, which was written in very small text in the quotation.
When I raised concerns, there was zero accountability, no ownership of damage, and no refund or resolution offered.
This is not how a professional moving company should operate. They are very smart in the way that all payments are taken once the goods are taken away and they demand full payment upfront. Customer support and responsibility completely disappear once paid up.
Strongly not recommended.
DO NOT BELIEVE IN FAKE REVIEWS HERE. Better go with someone more established like agarwal or dhl.
