They don’t tell you hidden charges upfront.(they bring old cardboard boxes for packing and when questioned they say new will cost 3500 rupees extra.)
They took 3000 rupees extra for insurance and did not send me the policy when asked for.
My dining furniture was damaged and they don’t take responsibility apparently.
All they do is come in True way uniform to your home when booking the order.after that everything contracted(labour for loading contracted, transport contracted, labour for unloading contracted). no one is responsible and ready to hear your Plea.One Truck will multiple customers deliveries.
So called owner won’t lift the phone no matter how many time u try.he only calls when you refuse to pay.
With the level of service I really don’t see how they got so many good reviews.no way. hence fake reviews for publicity.
I should have gone for Agarwal which is almost same price as they bring new cardboard’s by default and I have used them before. stupid mistake of me. The way they operate is they have one employee per city to take orders and contract them to whoever is available at that point.
Guys don’t regret and if you want professional service. Agarwal is the only player. I am all for competition and hate monopoly but at this point True way are not competition. I am sure Trueway reads this and knows who I am .so read the following as well. I am not going to stop here for what they had put me thru.they still owe me 800 in cash plus my damaged furnitue.
